Maya Bowman is a New York-based Producer, Associate Producer, and Coordinator with a deep passion for documentary storytelling. Her journey into the world of documentary production began in 2021 when she joined Showtime’s The Circus as a production assistant. It was there that Maya discovered her true calling and a deep-rooted passion for crafting compelling, real-world narratives.

Since then, Maya has honed her skills in every aspect of production, working behind the scenes to bring powerful stories to life. With a strong focus on documentary filmmaking, she thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments where collaboration and creativity come together to create impactful content.

Her experience spans across various roles in production, from managing logistics and coordinating teams to handling the complexities of post-production. Maya is dedicated to helping tell meaningful stories that resonate with audiences, and she continues to grow and evolve as a producer in the ever-changing world of media.
